When he saw the crowds, he had compassion for them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore, pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest." – Matthew 9:36-38

To raise up a future generation of Christian leaders and kingdom laborers, who will proclaim the gospel truth, embody the love of Jesus Christ, and join in the Spirit’s work of revival and transformation in the church, academy, and beyond.

To grow as a Christ-centered community of worship, prayer, and koinonia-fellowship; to enrich lives through meaningful cultural-exchange; to equip young people for kingdom witness by way of excellence in theological learning and discipleship training; and to send them into the world, eager and prepared.

Who We Are

In a multi-lingual church, the College Ministry at Calvary (distinct from campus ministry) is comprised of English-speaking, undergraduate students mostly from colleges/universities in New Haven as well as the greater New Haven area. Our aim is to help enrich your college experience through life together in Jesus Christ and in his church-community. Whatever your background, all are welcome to join!
